| Daniel Radcliffe had always wanted to be an actor, but he first had to convince his parents. When Daniel was offered the role of Oliver in "Oliver Twist", his parents rejected the offer, but soon agreed to let Daniel Radcliffe be in "David Copperfield. He worked with Maggie Smith in the movie, who would later be Professor McGonagall. After "Copperfield", casting was going for "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone," and no one could find the perfect Harry. Finally, someone watched "David Copperfield" and immediately casted Daniel Radcliffe in the role of Harry Potter. He has played Potter in four out of the seven movie series, and is signed on for "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix." Let's wish he stays to do all seven films. |
