Today I received my last IV steroids. I feel almost normal some times. I have no head aches and no double vision.
However I still have blurry vision. It�s very hard to focus on any one thing and where my eyes are giving me problems it�s hard to keep them moving with my mind.
I still can�t walk straight but it�s getting better. And Last problem for the day I did not sleep at all last nite I took some stomach medicine so I hope that help tonite.
The doctor called first thing this morning and said that the spinal tap showed MS Tracers meaning he is sure that I have MS. He made an appointment with me next Wednesday (8/30/06) to start me on one of the four different MS preventive attack medicines. So I will be looking forward to that.
I have my EEG tomorrow and then I am done with the hospital and doctors till next week. So I will keep everyone posted after the EEG.
Today I had my EEG it was ok they had to shock my feet though that was not too fun. They would not tell me anything about the results but they did have someone come in during the middle of it so I don�t think it was a good result with the test. From my understanding this test is to test my nerve damage that I currently have I will find out more next week when I see my Doctor. I slept well last nite but today I have been really tired. So I am going to go to bed early again tonite. I hope to sleep thru the nite without problems. My eye sight is still blurry, no head aches or any other problems that I noticed. So that is my update for today. If anything changes I will post other than that I am done with the hospital and Doctor till next week Wednesday.
I am not sure if I should feel so tired so quick but after a half day of work I am ready to go to bed. I really have a hard time dealing with this at this time since I have always enjoyed being busy. My eye sight is better today still blurry about 30 feet but I am getting used to it a bit. I had some numbness in my finger tips today that is the first time since last week. I did get a little stressed up today too and I started to feel very anxious at that time I will need to deal with that better. I have enjoyed seeing and reading the comments I did not realize till today how great it is to live in this world were people care and little things like someone posting can mean so much so please continue to post in the Blog section and I will continue to update this site. I am going to start research for the drugs that help prevent attacks and I will be placing that information up on the web site.
