PLOT: Toyland's ruthless miser Barnaby (David A. Scott) tries to cheat his niece and nephew (Anthony Curren, Sarah Schlueter-Eisman) out of an inheritance. An operetta, based on nursery rhyme and other characters.

HISTORY: The Keuka Lake Players' attempt at performing this show in 2007 (which was canceled due to renovations of their venue) made me curious about seeing a complete production for an original version of this story (which I'd grown up seeing multiple film adaptations of). So, I submitted the show for consideration by the Lake Country Players, who voted it in as their 2009 Fall musical.
