Number______________________________________ Litter Number________________________________________ 1.Limitations of Contract This contract applies to the original puppy and the original buyer only and is nontransferable to a second party except when it is ok with the seller,and in writting. 2.Seller's Representations ________As of the date of this agreement,puppy is in good health and free of communicable diseases. ________Sometimes puppy have to be worm several times and may or may not have worms when puppy is picked up.We try are best to make sure that they are free of worms when they leave. ________The buyer has 48 hours in which to have puppy examined by a veterinarian and to personally inspect puppy.Buyer may return puppy to seller and the seller will replace the puppy with another one as soon as one is available. Buyer is responsible for transportation cost to and from the above seller. ________Fedding a Dane muct be done so that he/she does not get fat or grow to fast,keep the proten 23% or so and fat 10% or as close as you can get it PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND I WILL HELP YOU WITH THE FEEDING If not done right it may cause HOD my guarantees does not cover HOD or OCD Puppies purchased from me have been bred with the thought of improving the breeds health, temperament and structure. The parents of puppies are checked for health conditions that could be passed on to the puppies affecting their future health such as hip dysplasia. Puppies will not leave the breeders house until at least 8 weeks of age. The puppies will have had at least 1 DHPPC vaccinations and a Bordetella. They will also have been wormed for parasites. The puppies are usually cropped between the age of 7-9 weeks of age. If you desire a puppy that is not cropped prior arrangements must be made with the breeder and payment in full before puppy will be sent to its new home. When making a committment to purchase a puppy a deposit must be given in the amount of $200.00 IN A POST OFFICE MONEY ORDER to reserve a puppy. Show homes will get first pick of the puppies and pet homes will receive puppies that may not be show potential.The deposit is not refundable should you decide not to purchase the puppy later. If a puppy is not available for pet homes then you have the option if I deside to let a show puppy go to a pet home and pay the diffrents. AFTER THE 48 HOURS THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF MONEY.ALL DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF THE BUYER CHANGES HIS OR HER MIND.SHOULD SOMETHING HAPPEN TO THE PUPPY ANOTHER PUP MAY BE PICK The considerration for this sell is the sum of___________________. If puppy is to be ship all shipping will be paid by buyer in advance to be paid to the airlines.If I have a crate and you wont to use it,you can ship it back pre-paid.When I get the crate back I will send all the paper work on the above dog,such as A.K.C. papers. If payments is to be made they will be as stated below: Date of down payment_____________________________________________________ Date payment is due_______________________________________________________ Amount of payment due each month each week__________________________________ Remarks: _______________________________________________________________________ _______________________________________________________________________ In the event of time payments the dog is legally the sellers until all payments are made.All A.K.C. papers well be turn over and sign by the seller as soon as the last payment is made.The death of the dog by any cause befor the last payment is made will not release the buyer from futher payment. ____________The buyer understands that the pup is sold as a pet and will be limited registration with A.K.C This pup is sold as a pet and is to be spayed or neuter by 12 months to 18 months Show and Breeding Potenial with full restoration with Lucille Holcomb as co-owner so that the above dog is shown and bred the right way, but with the understanding that no guarantees are given or implied,but at time of the selling of the dog it has no disqulifing faults.Dog is properly raised and conditioned and trained and handled it should be capable of being shown.Any dog with disqulifing faults should not be use for breeding. Along with this contract will be the stander for the Great Dane. ALL PAYMENT IS TO BE MADE IN CASH OR POST OFFICE MONEY ORDER. This contract is to be interpreted by the laws of the state of VA. If the buyer dose not hold up his or her end of the contract and it has to be taken to court.The buyer will pay all court cost and any Lawyer fees. If for any reason the buyer is unable to keep the dog/puppy at any point in its lifetime the breeder requests first option of taking back the dog/puppy and find a sutable home .If breeder can sell the dog/puppy after all expenses,such as vet bill shots,bording the remander of money will be given to the buyer.It is hard to fine homes some times for older dogs and they have to be given away just to fine them a good home..Under NO circumstances shall the puppy be taken to an animal shelter,humane society or pet shop.
