Tomorrow Sollefteå

Hi parents, friends, sponsors, fans (oh yeah, we've got lots!!!), skiers and others! Today is our last day in beautiful Östersund and tomorrow we will be actually skiing on the race course at Sollefteå.

As we're leaving, the Norway Junior Team just arrived a few days ago and is staying in our hotel now. They seem to have a bigger team than ours, with about 6 girls and at least 7 guys or may be more. They don't seem to notice us, but we seem to notice that they eat the barbeque chicken drumsticks with their knives and forks.

It was also our first rest day and we tried to stay very relaxed today and recovered as much as possible because there will be a lot of racing next week! The Norwegians started the day with a ski and later in the afternoon went for a run. I was somewhat surprised because we barely did any physical activity today, mostly packing our bags and visiting a local glass- blowing shop (which was incredible as we watched the master made a beautiful and delicate vase in front of our eyes!)

We still feel very relaxed and not stressed at all about upcoming events. Although I'd imagine that as we're going to move to the actual race venue, Sollefteå, ski on the race course, and see our competitors arriving, we will be much more focused on what we came to Sweden for in a first place. Let's get ready to rumble!
