aux Barques, MI Find this fairly well
maintained lighthouse in Lighthouse Park on the tip of Michigan's thumb.
The lighthouse is maintained by the Coast Guard, and in one of the photographs
you can see that the light is on even in daylight. The buildings themselves
are owned by Huron County and operated as a living museum.
Port Sanilac, MI Still maintained
by the Coast Guard, the Port Sanilac Lighthouse was commissioned in 1886.
The beam flashes on for 3 seconds then off for 3 seconds.
