Soul is like a grain of sugar and Super -Soul is like water. When the grain of Sugar drops in water, Sugra granulas become one with water. The crude elements submerges to be water itself. Thus divinity is within us. It for us to ignite the light within us by self-realization and service to all irrespective of caste, creed, color, nationality, dogma, discriminationa and beyond religion. Water, Sun-shine and air have no religion and God is beyond all the demarcations. The star of David, in the Symbol of "Pratik", of the two triangels equally represents: the triagle upward is the Action or Karma Yoga, the triangle downward is the "Knowledge" or Gnana Yoga. |

The rising sun sitting at the cross section of the Star of David is Devotion or Bhakti Yoga. The Cross amidt it is not static but dynamic with wings, the symbol of Swatika given by Lord Shiva. The vertical line of the cross is the "Spirit" and the Horizintal is the "Matter". That is the flesh and blood of Panchabhutas of Matter binds the Spirit. Once the Spirit escapes again it goes in to cosmos. The fundamental five elements of solid merges with solid, Liquid to liquid, light to light , air to air and ether to ether. Then who am "I", What is the purpose of once life. Where did "I" come from. These are the mystical questions asked from ages. Meditation is the means to answers who are in pursuit of God. |

Life is rare and human life is rarer. One will not get this same frame of body even after billions of years.
As you think so you become. GOD: The Generator Brahma, the Operrator Vishnu and Destroyer withdrwing the cycle of creation is Shiva . God is one dong tri-farious funcitons of the above. Like one person is sutdent, and the same person is son and same person is yoga teacher. World is a stage and we play our role and leave the scene.
Yoga for health is utmost in ones life. Health is wealth. At the dawn of life we never take any wealth. One sholuld have Prama or balance in physico-psycho-spiritual pursuits of life.
Lord Shiva introduced the art of life since 7000 years, the Tandava Dance (Tandu means Jump), music, marriage and meditation is the "Namah Shivaya Shantaya" the peaceful one who is Taraka Brahma.
The same Taraka Brahma after 3500 years played the part of Braja Krishna and Parthasarathi Krishna where he is the "Namami Krishna Sundaram" the beautiful one , who established Dharma.
Yoga is the union of Atma to Paramatma. If one does not realize "Aham Brahmasmi-"I am God" with-in then one has to reflect and transcend. One is like an innocent child or so beautiful like sleeping beauty. You are all powerful. the force that guides stars guides you too. Discard any kind of complexity be it inferiority, superiority, complexity of helplessness or despondancy. Life is an ideological flow.
