My policy on LiveJournal is fairly simple: 99% of my posts are not friends-locked and I don't think there's anything that would make me change that. I don't care who friends me, but I don't do automatic friend-backs. However, if your command of the English language is good and I like what you have to say, I'll probably friend back. I welcome comments from all and sundry.
