Special Abilities
This page contains a description of all the special abilities.  It is very important that you read this page so you can obtain at least a basic knowledge of the special abilities.  On the characters  page you will find a list of the characters, and the special abilities that they are able to perform.  If you have any questions or if I forgot to add an ability please email Shade at:  [email protected] Each of the following abilities will use up 100 of your magic unless otherwise specified.  They will also take 100 Hp from your enemy unless otherwise specified.  Enjoy!

Earthquake- This attack cannot be blocked by anyone.  It causes your enemy to be knocked down and they lose their next turn.
Transfiguration- This attack enables you to turn your opponent into a frog or a newt.  The choice is yours.  If you turn them into a newt, they lose 50 from their magic.  If you turn them into a frog  they lose 100 from their speed.
Shapeshifting- This ability will allow you to turn into any of the various characters on Shadownia.  By doing this you gain all of their special abilities, however, your stats do not change!  You can do this only once during a battle, so choose wisely!
Bloodsucking- This drains an opponents Hp by 50 and causes your Hp to increase by 10.  You may use this attack only 3 times per battle.
Transformation- If you are a Vampire or a Werewolf you may use this to turn into either a bat (Vampire) or a wolf (werewolf).  When you are in your alternate form you lose all your old special abilities except transformation, but you gain the ability to bite.
Illusion- You may use this ability every 3 turns.  When you cast illusion, the next time your opponenet attacks you you will only absorb 50 damage.
Flying- This ability will block an attack as much as you are able (this based on your Block)  and then, if you still absorb damage,  it will take the damage you will have to absorb and divide it in half.  Half of it will be taken from your Hp, and the other half will be taken from your enemy's.  You may use this only once per battle, and it costs 200 magic to preform.
Invisibility- You may use this ability every 5 turns, and after casting, the next time your enemy attacks you will not be hurt at all.
Temptation- Only females may use this attack, so if you chose a character that has this ability and you chose to be male, your screwed because you can't use it.  I tried to give this ability to creatures that are thought of as strictly feminine.  It allows you to force your opponent on THEIR next turn to attack themselves.  When they do this however, they will only lose 125 Hp.
Healing- With this ability you may heal yourself depending on how much you need to be healed and how much Magic you have left.  For example,  If you need 200 Hp to be fully healed, it will take 200  magic to heal yourself.  Once you are out of magic you must rely on potions like everyone else.
Firebreathing- You may use this attack only once per battle, because it is so very powerful.  This attack will take 300 Hp from you enemy.  It cost 250 Magic to use.
Ice breath- This attack will freeze your opponent causing them to lose their next 2 turns as well as 100 Hp.  It costs 200 magic to perform.
Windcontrol- This will knock your opponent down causing them to lose their next turn and also draining them of 50 Hp. 
Bite- This can only be used by creatures that have transformation.  It takes 50 magic to use, and it drains your enemy of 50 Hp.
Fading- this allows you to fade into the world of shadow for the next 5 turns.  While you are in the shadow you cannot be harmed, but your attacks lose half their value.
Majesty- Your enemy loses his next 2 turns.  You can only use this 4 times during a battle, or until your magic runs out.
Strength- This will make your attack and block go up by 100 points for the remainder of the battle.  You may use this only once.
