Why We Love Darryl! |

I love Darryl because he's the sweetest cast member ever!! He's always willing to stay and sign autrographs and take pictures and whatever else. He'll never run out, he'll always smile at your during a show if you catch his eye, and he'll always talk to after, no questions asked. He is usually always on at a show whether it's as Benny or Paul or another ensemble member. When he dances in 'Contact', God damn, I wish I was dancing with him. He always rocks!! Darryl is absoulutely without a doubt my favorite member of the cast. He's the nicest guy to talk to and he's so good on stage. I showed him a picture we had taken together and he asked me if he could have it to put it in his dressing room. There isn't a time when he doesn't come out of the theater and come over and give me a hug. He's definently one of the nicest guys.

I love Darryl because he's so cute and adorable! And he's huggable and all.. Also I love the way he goes "EW!" in LVB. And his "no ones buying, feel like crying" during Christmas Bells. And of course everything he does is soooo cute!! I was so upset I didn't see him at Jim's last matinee. :*( DARRYL KICKS ASS!

He's the coolest.. and has the nicest smile on stage. When I was rehearsing for my community theater's (in Nebraska) production of Grease, and who should happen to walk in but Darryl. It was sooo weird.. and of course I was like "rent is here.. hi". And he wasn't freaked out by me knowing who he was. We talked and he was sooo nice. I don't know if he heard me practice my song but I was soo nervous that he was there.

1. Because he ALWAYS SO ENERGETIC!
2. Because if something happens to him onstage he tends to giggle himself through the rest of the song.
3. Because he's so gosh darn cute.
4. Because no one else says "eww!!" like he does (which of course, is the only way to do it!).
5. Because he's so awesome and compassionate during 'Life Support'
6. Because during SOL, he gets so into it and watching it makes you feel joyful!
7. Because he does the Santa Fe dance SO WELL!
8. Because he's INCREDIBLY sweet and appreciative after the shows and ALWAYS has time for his fans!

I love Darryl because he was so sweet when I was asked backstage for my 12th birthday. When he came up to the dressing room thingy he gave me this HUGE bear hug and wished me a happy birthday. He was one of the sweetest cast members I have ever met. Thinking about it, he is one of the nicest people I have ever met in my entire life. I not only love him for his personality, but he has TONS of talent. Even though I only saw him play the role of Paul twice, he is awesome! Overall he is a great guy and I love him very much!

3. He's totally spirited during SOL
4. He plays Paul as understanding and compassionate, yet firm to show others there's no day but today.
5. He's VERY polite and curtious.
6. He has a beautiful voice.
7. His dancing is f*cking brillant!
8. I admire his threshhold of pain, what with getting a tatoo above his navel, getting it removed, and getting another one in the same location... dude if that doesn't hurt i don't know what the f*ck does!
