Hi, I'm Darryl, welcome to my Home Page.  In the last update, I've started on a journey towards w3c compliance, and also started making this page compatible with Opera, which has become my favourite browser.

For whatever reason, WeatherUnderground.com, a really good source of weather and related information, has become painfully slow.  So be forewarned if you want to find out the weather around here!  Geocities, unfortunately, still doesn't provide a weather link for Dehradun.

I'll be shortly uploading some more scenic wallpapers, including one of the silver oaks across from my balcony, now flush with new leaves and looking more golden than silver!  But before that I do need to change my layout to show one category at a time, can't have you waiting forever for the page to load, can I?.  I still plan to introduce my first animated wallpaper, an illuminated fountain — the image file was ready ages ago, but I need to re-code this page in order to display a GIF (all the others are JPG) ... could do it rigorously, but you know me — I'm still looking out for an elegant solution (read JavaScript, not plain HTML).  Enjoy life!
