| Well, that's my husband, Darryl, up there. He's pretty terrific! He's a vegetarian, a chef, a runner, a sports fanatic and an incredible father. He's definitely the hardest worker I've ever known. Darryl's one of the most spiritual people I've ever known. He's so profound, and yet so unassuming. He's kind and considerate and I could go on all day gushing about him, but I won't. And, yes, that's me he's kissing. I don't care to have my photo taken, so unfortunately, there are very few to choose from. Not the greatest, but it does resemble me somewhat. I, too, am a vegetarian, but certainly NOT a chef. I can find my way into the kitchen, but that's about the extent of my culinary expertise! I think I could burn water! (My kids will attest to this!) I love to garden. I like to read. I'm a Reiki practitioner (Level II) and have been seriously considering converting an extra room into a treatment room. Perhaps this summer... I work in Special Education, with 9-12 year old emotionally disturbed kids. It's sometimes incredibly hard, but I love what I'm doing! I love the students and feel like, most of the time, I am making a difference. I'm finding it's not nearly as much fun writing about myself as it is writing about my family! Hopefully, as I develope more pages, you'll be able to learn more about me through my writing. |
