Labyrinth (1986) Starring David Bowie and Jennifer Connely. The story of an imaginative girl (Connely) who wishes the Goblin King (Bowie) would take her crying brother away so she would not have to babysit him anymore. In order to get her brother back she must solve the labyrinth and make it to the castle in the center by a certain time. She meets many interesting characters on her journey and learns a valuble lesson that things are not always what them seem! |

The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993) Voices include Chris Sarandon, Danny Elfman, Catherine O'Hara, and Paul Reubens. Jack Skellington, the Pumpkin King of Halloweentown, finds himself wanting something more than the same thing over and over again. One day he goes walking in woods and stumbles on Christmastown. He is so excited by this wonderful place that he decides to kidnap the ruler and take over the holiday. Tim Burton and Danny Elfman are absolutely incredible! |

Lord of the Rings Trilogy: The Fellowship of the Ring (2001), The Two Towers (2002), The Return of the King (2003). How the hell Peter Jackson went from something as cheesy as Braindead (Dead Alive) to the most amazing trilogy ever is amazing. The movies star a cast of demi-gods including Elijah Wood, Sean Astin, Billy Boyd, Dominic Monaghan, Orlando Bloom, Viggo Mortensen and the lovely Liv Tyler and the list goes on and on. A story of a cute little hobbit who is stuck with a ring drawn by evil. He must journey far and wide to the place the ring was forged in order to destroy it. He is aided on his journey by his fellowship.. |
