| During a bad snow storm the president of the United States seeks shelter in a small diner in Colorado. He learns that Iraq has invaded Kuwait and hundreds of American soldiers were killed. The president has to set up temporary communications in the diner where he is given advice from his advisors and a different viewpoint from the civilians.
