Bruises

 Use an ice pack on the bruise for the first 24 hours in 15 minute intervals.

Elevate the bruise whenever possible.

After 24 hours apply heat. A heating pad or a warm, wet cloth.


Warning: If you discover skin bruises and don't know how they occurred it is important to see a doctor. This may be a health problem.
