The Prophetic Being
Episode VI: Die Dark Warlord Die
Life goes on, you cant stop it. No matter what you do. Even if you die, everyone is still alive.
Your life goes on, even after you die. Your responsibilities always go on. The difference is someone else has to live up to them. A wise man once said, death is only the beginning. I ask, the beginning of what?
After Amanda and I made love, our relationship became much better. We became closer, became one person. She was all I could ever ask for in a loving mate. I had every plan to marry her, I spent all of my time with her, or training.
I knew the Warlords were after me, I had to train to keep up with them. It had became clear to me that they would continue to outmatch me as long as they were aloud to live.
I would face against a vampire occasionally.
One day Brently, Zebediah, and I were all training. They taught me that I could vary the way I used my energies. The energy blast wasnt the only way. He asked me to form my energy into something new. I thought about it for a minute.
I then turned and looked at a target post. I began to charge up. The ribbons and light began to stream from me, I could feel the energy inside of me.
Then I extended my arms over my head and drew back my wrists. I formed energy balls in my palms. Then when they became as big as I wanted them, I clapped my hands together forcing the hot energy out in front of me destroying the target post and most of the land around it.
    Zebediah and Brently applauded me.
What do you call that one? Brently asked.
    I replied, The Astald Blast.
Right about that time I felt a power coming from the sky. It was the Dark Warlord. He landed, without saying a word he blasted Brently.
He was off guard you asshole! I screamed.
Then the Warlord turned and blasted Zebediah.
He wasnt, The Warlord said sarcastically.
I began to enhance my power, quickly this time. I suppose my anger enhanced my power.
Brently, and Zebediah were both unconscious. I knew no one would save me this time. It was win or loose.
He attacked with lightning quick speed. But my training had paid off. I matched him, punch for punch, kick for kick, block for block. He was strong but I kept it in my head that I was stronger. Finally, I punched him in the chest and he landed on his back looking up at me in awe.
He stood up and charged an energy blast. I charged mine. We launched at the same time. When our energies struck each other the back blast almost knocked me off my feet. I could feel him fighting against me in a violent game of tug-o-war.
Finally, the energies combined and exploded. I flew back and hit a fence post. When I looked up I saw the Warlord unconscious. I stood up, battered and broken I limped over to him.
He was waking up. I could tell he was weak. I grabbed his head one hand t the chin and the other on top. I jerked violently in different directions. I heard a snap and felt his body go completely limp.
I turned and looked at Brently and Zebediah unconscious. Just then I saw four Warlords fly in from the sky. They landed and three of them grabbed me. I was to weak to fight back. Not that it would have mattered, I couldnt fight four Warlords.
Kill me and get it over with, I said angrily.
That would be too easy, youd just end up in paradise. No we want you to suffer, one hissed.
Then he grabbed me by my head and I couldnt see anything but a bright white light. I couldnt move or anything. The light seemed to bathe me. It burned like acid. I thought I was dying.
I woke up in the field and got my vision back just in time to see a fist flying at me.
