| General: After spending a number of years as a Vengeance demon, wreaking havoc on the ex-lovers of scorned women, Anya made a huge mistake choosing Xander, through the heartbroken Cordelia as her next victim. It wasn�t long before The Scooby Gang, under the leadership of Giles, discovered what was happening and put an end to her vengeance�for good. Anya enrolled in highschool in an attempt to become a human and soon fell head over heels in love with Xander, dragging her in head first to Buffy�s world of demon and vampire fighting. Since then, she has learnt a great deal about human nature and even taken over the running of Giles�s store, The Magic Box. Friendships: Anya had many friends from her time as a demon, notably Halfrek, but in Sunnydale, she had no choice but to join Xander and his friends and try to help them in their pursuits. Relationships: After numerous �mistakes� in her past life (remember the baby-eating Troll?!), Anya finally found her true love in the quirky Xander. Only a one night stand with Spike has come since.
