| General: Mayor Richard Wilkins is over a hundred years old and has been in Sunnydale since it was erected on the hellmouth.He was married to Edna May for many years untill her death from old age! After his vampire employee Mr Trick was staked by Buffy he convinced Faith to work at his side, promising her power when the world would finally become a playground for the undead after the Ascension. On Graduation day, he metamorphed into a huge Demon Snake, but was killed by being blown up by a fertilizer bomb in the library of the old Sunnydale High!
