General
Drusilla is a nun turned vampire. While still human she was "cursed" with visions and told Angelus of her problem in a coffessional (he had just killed the Priest.). He soon became obsessed with her and tortured her, both physicaly and mentaly thus making her insane. He 'turned' her and killed her congregation of nuns on the day she was to take her Holy vows. She traveled with Angelus and Darla all over the world.
Drusilla soon became lonely and met a young man named William (who wrote 'Bloody Awful' poetry) whom she changed into a vampire now known as Spike. Not long after Angelus was cursed, Spike and Drusilla ran off together and ended up in Prague, where an angry mob almost killed Drusilla.
They then went to Sunnydale in search of a cure and Spike nursed her back to health.
Angel soon became Angelus again and joined with them in hopes of killing the Slayer and ending the world with a demon known as Acathla.
Spike became jealous of Angelus being with Drusilla and made a deal with Buffy. This made Drusilla think Spike had gone soft and she left him for a chaos demon, and later for a fungus demon. She turned up in L.A. later, to sire Darla and recruit demons, but they were stopped by Angel who set them both on fire. Dru' returned to Sunnydale, sadly, only to discover Spike had a chip in his brain that made him unable to harm humans, also that he had fallen in love with the Slayer and chose Buffy over herself. She left him once again. Currently, her whereabouts are unkown.

Friends
Drusilla doesn't have many friends. She had a good friendship with Darla though, as they enjoyed wreaking havoc together.

Relationships

Spike was Drusilla's long-time love. She sired him and spent over a hundred years with him. Drusilla still cares for him, but can't be with him since he loves Buffy. It has also been inferred that she has on occasion slept with Angelus.
