Rules/How to play-
1.) Do not act like an idiot in my RPG, what I mean is dont run around helping good guys kill bad guys if you are Cell.
2.) NO NOT EVER bring sexual stuff in the RPG if you do than you will be kicked off.
3.) Be active, that means play as much as you can in your spare time play whatever........keep strong.
4.) Do not whin if you die, or get an important item stolen.
5.) NEVER Diss the RPG cause you know it rules :-P.
6.) Do not get on the message board and post bogus stuff, make sure it approriate for the RPG.
7.) You may cuss just not much, never know who is listening.
8.) Have fun, all RPG's have rules so dont let them bring you down.
How to play-
Stats-
The stats of the RPG are simple....Pl & Sp. Power Level and Speed. These were what will keep you alive in the RPG.

Training-
Training is alittle diffrent in my RPG...you must prove yourself to the master you wish to train under...Example- You want to train with Master Roshie but you must prove yourself first. All you must do is post on the message board that you want to train under Master Roshie and Master Roshie (Me) will reply to it saying what you must do to prove yourslef worthy. Also some masters have techniques they can teach you if you train under them long enough...Example- Master Roshie would teach Kamehameha.

Fighting-
To fight it is easy you just find someone you wish to fight, IM them if they say they will fight you then tell a ref. The ref will make sure you are both on the same planet then start the fight in an AIM chat room (made by the ref.) the person with highest speed goes first and i goes in a turn base fight. It would be better if the fight was detailed, but you dont have to do anything like that if you dont like. When the opponent gets down to as low as they wish to go in pl then the fight is over, thats only if the other fighter is willing to let them go. if not when the losing opponent get down to 100 or less in pl than the winner gets a choice to kill them or let them live If they kill them then they get more exp. and get an item from the dead foe.
Winner gets- 15,000 Pl and 15 Sp, also gets 2,000 Zeni
Loser gets- 5,000 pl and 5 Sp, also get 500 Zeni (only if they are still alive.) If they were killed then the get.....Nonthing...inless a saiyan which gets 1/20 stats increase.
Sneak attacks- You may jump someone if they dont wnna fight you. if you do this its to the death.
But, also when fighting there is now some new things in addition to just fighting. Fight will all be in the form of Rp'ing where you right down every movement you make and attack you do. There are four types of fighting you should know about.
FreesLance- This type of fighting is set in a chatroom, like all the rest, the ref also sets a background, and then based on this being freelance you get to do whatevr you want, and set-up your own rules, as long as the ref agrees to them. From there the fight goes on to see who is faster, so you guys are racing to attack. In freestyle you can do practicly anything whether it be hooks, knees, slams, even if you don't have them, but you can't use energy attacks you don't have,
Regular- Alright this is the usual fighting of the most rpg's. This must be rp'ed out but, you only use one move at a time and just play like you would normally would, and their has to be a set enviroment, which you guys can interact with.
3-step fighting- The Enviroment is a Parking Lot-This fighting is bent on picking three moves, from there you rp it out so if you use punch, kick, and ki blast it would look something like this: I ran at him with full force and unleashed multiple punches to his gut then kicked him in his side then finally sent a ki blast into his gut to knock him into some nearby wall. And then the opponent can dodge without the use of Zanzoken and IT but the ref gets to choose whether or not they dodged in time, or blocked in time. etc. etc. So if someone attempted to counter and it failed whatevr attack they tryed to counter and failed they would take full damage. So countering the above attack with three attacks of my own using ki blast, knee, grab: Just as he was running at II fired a ki blast into him so he couldn't come at me as I then came at him with a knee to his side to make him stagger then grabbed his arm and picked him up throwing him into a car.
Pro RPG- Alright this is for people, who may be bored and want to make a fight interesting and very long. In this type of fight all stats are doubled and you guys dook it out like crazy. You can use this type of fighting for all the above so you can do a Pro RPG: FreeLance, Regular, or 3 step fighting.
In battling you must depict which type of fighting you wanna do so you can tell the ref. And also in fighting at the beginning of the battle it's good to tell the ref any items you wanna add into the fight, whether be a sensu bean or ten sensu beans, or armor. You must tell the ref you want this added to you or else don't complain when attack damage is not being reduced, cause just because you got armor in your list doesn't mean you automatically use it in battle gotta equip it. And lastely be careful, fighting is a dangerous thing because sometimes you may get a broken rib, leg, or something and maybe even an body part chopped off.

Saiyan Tails-
A Saiyan tail grows back in one week, inless they have a brute ray then it grows back automaticly. If the saiyan doesnt have its tail it may not get the stats increase of dieing.
5,000- 130,000 (Never grows back unless wished back)
130,001-300,000 (3 weeks)
300,001-600,000 (2 weeks)
600,001-1,000,000 (1 week)
1,000,001- 2,000,000 (6 days)
2,000,000-4,000,000 (5 days)
4,000,000-6,000,000 (4 days)
6,000,000-9,000,000 (3 days)
9,000,000-12,000,000 (2 days)
12,000,000-24,000,000 (1 day)

Teams-
To make a team you must post ont he message board the team name, leader, and other members. Must have at least 2 members of the team. You must all reply to the post...made by your leader.

Refs-
To become a ref you must post on the Message Board you want too, but I suggest you study the list because I will test you through either question and answers or have you ref a fight and tell what u did wrong and right which has a greater effect of whether or not you will become one or not.
