Legend has it written of certian lure for the uniqueness of Dark Sun. Long ago lead by a Fresian of mystery dubbed Jaden and his shady dame Black Magic, as a small cadre of the elite. Some say the others surrounding it grew jealous of it's namesake, setting off a feud with Moon Crest, lasting a generation. Rumors of a following bloodshed and the destruction of the valley soon follow, ending with a handful of survivors. With Jaden no where to be found, Black Magic in deathbound sarrow, and Maverick in control of Moon Crest, the herd disbanded, some never to be heard from again. The story goes on to tell of Castor Neptune, Jaden's only son and hier to Dark Sun, striking a bargin with Perdition, which consisted of sealing off the herd for Ultramarine's son, Tybalt. Quest, Kastdemur, Krypton, and the few alive gave birth to the kin currently wandering the lands. Perditon's second son, also Tybalt's full brother, Private Nation, being of the rebellious nature, breached the contract and has re-opened Dark Sun as you see it now. Nepenthe has claimed the right of heir, being the son of Castor Neptune, and named Spartan Lord, and Harlequin Praetorine. It is hoped that the decendants of the few will find their way home, along with newcomers to rebuild the legendary Dark Sun so coveted by Jaden.
