Metroid - Just a great game plus it has a chick running around in a power suit blowing stuff up (NES)
The Phantasy Star series - Yes there was something before Online (Sega Master System, Genesis, Dreamcast)
Tenchu: Stealth Assassin � Killin� ninja style (Playstation)
Time Splitters - Were else can you run around as an Elvis impersonator killin� people (Playstation 2)
Tomb Raider - What can I say about this girl umm�I mean game (I�m not sure what all systems it's been on)
Warsong - Kind of a RPG strategy game also known as Langrisser in Japan (Sega Genesis)

Ico - This last one is a great game but WAY too short. If you ever get a chance to play it and beat it, stay through the credits and do some exploring it's a must for the story.
