Friday the 13th.  Great.  I need a day like this like I need sugar.  Anyway, it doesn't matter to me right now.  I have enough going on to keep me occupied from such superstitions.

Last night I went to Subway and got some dinner, but first I stopped off at Starland and put 10$ down on Initial D Special Stage for the PS2 (June 26)...wOOt!  I also picked up Street Fighter Alpha 3 for the SP while I was there.  As soon as I got to Subway I gave Erka alot of anime and read his copy of Newtype to see if there is anything I want to try and download.  I guess right now I'm going to go with Scrapped Princess and see how that series is.  I saw Aaron and Sung and Sung copied a bunch of the stuff I gave to Erka so it has now been distributed.  We are all rollin' in anime now.  I also got to see the new STi last night up close and personal.  Honestly, the front rotors on that car are bigger than some Honda's rims.  Monster Brembo brakes.  God it was beautiful.  However, if I had the money, I would still probably jump ship and get an EVO. I've learned to appreciate control and handling (after 2 accidents) over pure speed.  So after Subway I got home around 9 prepped stuff for work today.  I have alot going on here now and my review is coming up on the 26th...eeek!  Wonder if I'll still have a job here in a few months.  Oh well, I have learned not to stress over it.  I do what I feel I can do and that's it.  I've learned to just roll with whatever happens now.  I'm almost to the point where I'll just take my SP and a tent and go live in the woods.

As for this weekend...who the hell knows!  I'll probably just be home doing some work, watching anime, and trying to rest...while playing my SP.  I might be up for something out side Saturday night, but I'm not sure.  Well, you kids behave yourselves out there.  Take care...buh bye.

Just checking in.  Had a good time Saturday with Ryan, Aaron, Kricket, and David.  We did the usual.  Ate, played games, and watched a movie.  Next week is the big King's Dominion trip.  I'm looking forward to it.  On the front page is a picture of my nephew Zane, he's my padawan.  I'll be teaching him the ways of the Dark Side this Christmas.

Currently I'm just here in the office editing a book and waiting for my boss to show up to talk about another project.  The fun don't stop here.  I don't plan on doing anything this weekend since we're going to the Dominion next Wednesday.  Only thing I'm planning this week is to go by Subway Thursday night and drop off alot of anime for Erka...and pick up a sandwhich.  I think this weekend I would like to do some research because I honestly want to start working on writing something resembling a book.  I have a couple of ideas about the subject, but I want to research them first.

On the game front, Brute Force is going back and turning into Unlimited Saga for the PS2.  Also next week Soldier of Fortune 2 for the Xbox is coming out.  I think this may be the game that holds us over until Halo 2, but don't quote me on that.  Later.

Uhhhhhhh...nothing going on that I'm aware of.  Looks like this weekend it is every man for himself.  If anyone needs to reach me I'll be in the batcave most of the time, probably watching Wolf's Rain.  Sunday morning if it's not raining I will be at Bellvue Park taking a little stroll.  I'm open for doing something Saturday night if anyone has any ideas.  Right now, I am fresh out of them.  Anyhoo, have a good weekend and I'll post back up here soon.

Hmmmm...the 'ol website is just looking more and more sparse these days due to the message board.  I need to update this thing with some new material to get it up and running more.  I'll brainstorm about it and come up with something soon.  I guess it's time for an overhaul.

Anyway, this weekend was pretty tame. We went and saw the Italian Job on Friday.  It was a good movie. Like Bruce Almighty it was nice, light summer movie stuff.  As for movies the big one this month will be the Hulk on the 20th.  Mark those calendars, punks!!!  Of course after we saw the movie, it was off to "drumroll".............Applebee's!  I have got to find an alternative.  I'll work on it.  Then after Applebee's Kricket and Erka came with me to WEF check on a little something I had on the DL (download) - Macross Zero Episode 2.  That OAV is the shiz!  Kricket, Erka, and I walked out of WEF with copies in our hands and smiles on our faces.  Speaking of anime, Naruto is my thing right now.  I'm really enjoying the series.  Erka and i will get some copies made sometime and spread the joy.

Saturday I just took care of my usual weekend chores like laundry, groceries, cleaning.  Then I kicked back and pretty much beat Tokyo Extreme Racer Zero.  I still have to beat all the Wanderers and the Super Driver at the end, but all the 13 Devils, Speed King, teams, and Zodiac are toast.  Once you get the Speed King's car and set it right, it's not that hard.  I do sometimes have to whip out my Porsche 911 Turbo (2243 lbs/1143 hp) for battling lighter cars.  I know I'm waaaay behind the times on this game, but I felt the need to go back in time some.  After I finished gaming I exercised for a bit, watched some TV, then called it a day.

Sunday was all about gaming and chillin'.  I played Zelda on my SP for 4 hours.  After I stopped, I decided to shop around for some new stuff.  I took back some SP and PS2 stuff I was finished with and wound picking up Brute Force.  I didn't play it too much so I'll get to it this week.  It looks good, but I'm reserving judgement unitl I play it more.  I also talked to Naho this weekend and it looks like she will recording her CD this month and polishing it up until it goes on sale in August.  I'm not sure yet how it will be distributed yet, but the price will be 500 yen (a little over $4.00).  I'll be buying some extra copies and see if Khiri will sell them in his shop. It should help get a little exposure for her and her band.

As for the near future, we have no plans yet.  It kind of sounds like a good weekend for S&A.  As with all things unknown, it shall be revealed in the fullness of time.  There's your words of wisdom for the week.  I'll update again Wed. or Thurs.  Later.
