Hackings
Recently there have been reports of people being hacked, some of these people are prominent members of the Mir community, people who you would expect this never to happen to. Here I am going to provide links to websites and programs that can help to protect you from hackings. THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED. It is up to you to make sure that your account can not be compromised, this will include things such as not sharing your account, not attempting to download so called cheats and item editors, these are more likely to be trojans and not being silly enough to respond to a shout in Mir saying " Check your rank in Legend Of Mir, type the following /rank username and password" BraveSirRobin has posted on the forum a six step plan to ensure your system is secure HERE, go read this post and follow the steps to check the security of your system. For those of you that dont have any anti-virus protection, Norton have a free security check on their website HERE. ZoneAlarm is a good firewall, Version 3 is available as a free download from HERE. Gadget has written a program called LOM Protector, available for download from HERE.

It is impossible to keep a guide on item prices ingame now i am afraid, prices fluctuate so much over such a short period of time that the guideis outdated even before it has been written.
