Darkside Collective Productions Inc., and all the subsidiaries thereof, are a combined branch of the Darkside Collective Church and Religious Forum.

Darkside Collective Productions Inc. is a LEGITAMATE company under all applicable laws. However, each of this company's subsidiaries are independent and, to a degree, underground. Any emails, letters, etc. received claiming this company, and it's subsidiaries, are fraud will be reported to the FBIs Internet Fraud Complaint Center. Anyone who still insists this company, or it's subsidiaries, are in any way fraudulent may do the same. Since we are NOT a fraudulent company we have nothing to hide, or worry about, in the event anyone decided to send a fraudulent report to the FBIs Internet Fraud Complaint Center.

The subsidiaries of Darkside Collective Productions Inc. are as follows:

ARANEUM Inc. (web design)

Darkside Collective Records Inc. (Record Label)

Darkside Collective Models Inc. (Modeling Agency)

Darkside Collective Publishing Inc. (Publishing Company)

Participants (clients, musicians, and models) in the individual companies are NOT necessarily members of the Darkside Collective, nor believers in the philosophy herein.
As a company related to a Church, the subsidiaries are run as transparently as possible. For this reason all rates, fees, and prices for goods/services available through the parent company (Darkside Collective Productions Inc.) will be posted clearly, along with the percent distribution of all in coming funds, on their section of this site.
This means that, unlike other modeling agencies and record labels, Darkside Collective Models Inc and Darkside Collective Records Inc will display the 5 or 10 percent (depending on whether or not our photographers are hired to shoot our models) that Darkside Collective Productions Inc receives. As well, in ARANEUM Inc those involved in the company-side of creating a website will equally divide 90% of the income while 10% will go into Darkside Collective Productions Inc.
Funds directed into Darkside Collective Productions Inc. will be used for the following:

Buying and maintaining equipment/facilities necessary for the Darkside Collective Church and the subsidiaries of Darkside Collective Productions Inc (including funding for Darkside Collective Productions Inc. and the Darkside Collective Church).

Church and Corporate Expenses (bills, office/religious supplies, and general maintenance thereof).

Any possible unforeseen clerical, maintenance expenditures (including Insurance and Legal Expenses) for the Darkside Collective Church and the subsidiaries of Darkside Collective Productions Inc.

Any surplus of more than US$10 000.00 will be donated, in the form of a US$5 000.00 grant, to whatever Childrens� Charity the Darkside Collective Council chooses. There will be one of these grants per year after establishment of a surplus in excess of US$10 000.00 and will continue for as long as we have sufficent funds to do so.
Darkside Collective Models Inc. fully adheres to TITLE 18, PART I, CHAPTER 110, Sec. 2256 of the US (and International) Code.
