| The most often and most bothersome of all monsters. These undead corpses are slow and easliy avoided, but be careful. The moment they smell your flesh they will speed up with arms reaching for your throat. Run from them or shot them from a safe distance. use only bow-gun bolts or the hand gun, they aren't worth anyhing else. |

| Zombie Dog |
| These canine corpses have feasted on the contaminated flesh of the Zombies. Now they too are the walking dead, and hungry for flesh. They swarm in packs of 2 or 3. Nock them down with the hand gun and finish them. |

| Albinoid Babies |
| These infant mutants carry the electrical shock of the parent so stay away from them. Shooting them is a waist so just leave them to die alone. |
| Bats |
| These leather winged beasts waite in the dark rafters for you to venture near. The lighter will keep them away. Then if you like to fight them, use the handgun and make sure you aim. |
| Giant Spiders |
| These virus-inhanced arachnids scuttle along the floors and ceilings, just waiting to sink their mandibles into you. They are highly poisonous so have an antidote ready. |
| Small Spiders |
| Often upon death, a giant spider will dropp smaller spiders from their bodies. Step on them if you wish but don't waist bullets on them. |
| Bandersnatch |
| These unbalanced mutations are another of Umbrella's creations. They have one large boneless arm in which they attack you. If they grab hold of your head they will try to crush your skull. They can signal when they are about to attack so be prepared to move. Kill them with Explosive arrows or the shot gun if you must. |
| Moth/ Moth Cocoon |
| Moths attack from all sides, sprinkling poison down upon you. Be careful not to let them near your back, these giant insects will lay a cocoon on you and as the larva hatchs and springs to life, it will poison you. To enter a room filled with Moths will surely lead to poisoning. |
| Tentacles |
| These massive tentacles will bar your path, shoot them until they retract. It is unknown just where these tentacles come from... |
| Parasites |
| If a parisite latches on to you it will suck the fluids from your body. They will fall of on their own but it is best to stay clear of them. |
| Hunters |
| Wesker sends these creatures out after he sees Chris on a monitor. If you trip one of the targetting sensors they will attack. These small masses of mussles will swipe at you with sharp claws, kill them quickly, or they may kill you. They may attack alone or in pairs treat both the same and kill with extream prejudice . |
| Sweepers |
| Like in RE: Nemesis, the hunters are prone to change. These altered hunters have purple scales filled with deadly poisons. If they slash you, a blue herb is all that will save you. These creatures are capable of attacking without the aid of a targetting sensor so watch out for them. |
| Tyrant |
| Umbrella's ultimate soldier. The Tyrants are solid mussle and have no humanity. He attacks with powerful blows with his fists and shoulders. Prone to mutate, Tyrant will grow sharp talons from one of his hands. Take him down with heavy firepower, or it will take you down to Hell. |
| Nosferatu |
| Alexia has gone so far as to make her own father one of her experiments. Nosferatu stalks about with arms tied behind his back, he grows a tentacle from his shoulder in which to attack you. His very breath is a powerful poison that not even the blue herb can cure. Use the sniper rife to take out his open heart, and then finish him as you see fit. |
| Gulp Worms |
| These monsterous creatures tear through the grounds of the Rockford Islands research facility. They are huge mutated worms, with a hunger for flesh. They will stalk you from below the ground, run from them and they will never catch you. But when you must fight, as Chris must, kill it with grenades or explosive arrows. |
| Albinoid (Adult) |
| This normal salimander has been infected with the T-virus. As a result it has mutated into an electric amphibian. It swims through water, if you come to close it will send an electrical current through the water, frying you. Stand by the waters edge and wait for the creature to swim close to you, as it nears shoot it with anything. After a time it will slowly spew blood and just float above the water. |
| Mutated Steve |
| Alexia has captured Steve and infects him with a strain of the T-virus, his mutation is deadlier than anything before. He has been given a huge axe in which he will slice you in half. Run as fast as you can from him, even with a full life meter, 2 hits will kill you. Run through the gate and the movie scene will take over, Steve regains control and kills himself in order to safe Claire. He dies in her arms, but not before whispering "I love you" |
| Giant Black Widow |
| This Giant arachnid lives below the ice in the Antarctic. Once freed the Widow will crawl about the cailing, spewing poison. The Widow will try to crush you with her legs. Running from it is better than staying to fight. |
| Alexia |
| Alexia was the child genious that created the T-virus. After experiments on her own father Alexia foun dthat the T-virus can transform the human body into the perfect weapon, but there was no way to control it. After years of research , the child genious combined the T-virus with queen ant DNA and injected herself before entering a chryogenic chamber. For fifteen years she slept as the mutated strain of T-virus spread throughout her body. Now she has awakened, and unlike the Zombies and mutants, Alexia can control the T-virus within her. |
| Rodrigo |
| Rodrigo is the guard in charge of watching Claire as she was imprisoned in the prisons of Umbrella. Rodrigo releases Claire and tells her to leave. As Claire leaves she notices that Rodrigo is wounded and needs medicen. Help him and he will give you a lock pick. |
