Rhust Sigil was born under his mother, Leah. He was a creation of an unknown being...although some know who his creator is, they dare not tell Rhust.
Rhust wears an outfit just like the Grim Reaper (Death).
Rhust grew a normal life until the age of 15 when he began to have sever schizophrenia and manic depression (bipolar) caused by his unnatural creation. These disorders caused him to created a cult called "Sere"...a cult which used dark magic to bind each other souls to each other.
Each member of Sere, upon death, would give their soul to another member in Sere which made that person more powerful. Sere became a corrupt group of people which tricked innocent people into giving their souls away. After so many people died and gave their souls to Rhust his disorders stopped and he found out what he did. Ashamed Rhust quit the organization and attempted to kill himself. Rhust found out from this event that he could only be killed by an individual which sought to kill him out of hatred. The organization continues to live on and it is Rhust's goal to kill each and everyone of them.
Rhust is a highly skilled assassin that uses 2 sickles that are connected by a chain. Because of the souls that Rhust gained while in Sere his attacks are different than normal attacks, instead of causing physical damage to a person they only cause extreme amounts of pain (far worse than a normal weapon)...causing the victim to have severe headaches, paralysis, and with enough strikes (or an aimed strike)...death from just pain alone (this also makes it to where he can't kill things that can't feel).
Because of Rhust's inability to die (outside of an enemy) Rhust went back into a manic depression and schizophrenia. It wasn't until Skiz found him and brought him to the Legion that he came back to normal again.
