It's snowing today! We have about 4-5 inches now. It's quite beautiful outside.
Unfortunately, my plans for this weekend have to be canceled or at least postponed.
I am still happy because I now have
this. I had been wanting to get it for some
time now. One of my good friends got it for me as a very early B-day present. She
is so very nice. Well, I am just using this to test and see if this blog is going
to work. I'll post more interesting things later.
I am going to use this blog space as a place to write about the fictions I am
currently working on. Right now I am working on a Harry Potter self-insertion.
I am having a somewhat difficult time getting into it. I feel distracted. I
have always found it hard to concentrate outside of my room. I can hear the
TV from here as well as my parents talking. I am considering either going in
my room and working on it there or bringing out my portable CD player and
putting my headphones on.
Another thing that is probably distracting me is the fact that I am planning
on going online in less than two hours, as well as my trying to remember to watch
Witch Hunter Robin tonight. Well, if all else fails I can work on it tomorrow.
I just added comments to the page, so that anyone who may wander across this blog can
comment on what they may think of my writing or my entries for the day. I am considering
making this my website for FF.net as well as Livejournal now. I will have to look over the
site before I do that, though. I want to make sure it will be ok for anyone to view.
Unfortunately I haven't gotten around to much writing today. I spent much of the day
playing a video game called Dark Cloud 2. I have mixed feelings about it. It was pretty
fun to play, but I'm not sure how much I will be getting into it. It's a bit light-hearted
for my tastes. Despite that, it is entertaining and it has pretty good gameplay.
Besides playing Dark Cloud 2, I finally got to watch Pet Shop of Horrors today. I
thoroughly enjoyed it. It was strange hearing Matt McKenzie's (sp?) voice coming out
of some of those characters. Hopefully I will be able to get some writing done soon.
I might have to wait until after I take my midterm on Tuesday, therefore all the worries
will be out of my head.
