| Kitty Baxter is a very wealthy woman, she's an airest. In fact, she owns all of the pineapples in Hawaii. She is married to a man named Harry but she's footing all of the bills. One night when Kitty comes home, she finds Harry in bed with two other women as she is undressing. She leaves for a second to get her gun and shoots Harry and the other two women in the bed dead. She is arrested and as she is being dragged to her jail cell and all of the reporters are following her, she struggles, kicks and punches a few photographers, and keeps screaming "Go to hell!!!" That is where she gets her nickname of "go-to-hell Kitty." She also stole Roxie's publicity, although Roxie got it back by faking that she had a baby. "Tell the counsel I want my money back!...GO TO HELL!!!" |
