| GOKU Goku is one the strongest fighters in the universe. First coming to the planet Earth as a space pirate, Goku was meant to rid the planet of the human race. He failed to carry out his mission because of a mind- rupturing accident in which he fell into a deep ravine. From then on he had remembered nothing about his past and became a warrior under the training of Master Roshi. He also has the ability to become more powerful after every fight as saiyans do and is the first to reach a level that was thought only to be a myth....Super Saiyan. He has a wife name Chi-Chi and two sons, one he names after his adoptive grandfather Gohan, and another named Goten. Goku is a good-natured person and loves to fight like all saiyans do. He seems to be too trusting at times but always willing to take that risk. |
| GOHAN Gohan is an extremely powerful fighter who was born under Chi-Chi and Goku. His mix of Saiyan and Human is where Gohan gets alot of his raw power from. Goku doesn't see this power until he and Piccolo fight Raditz and he becomes so upset that he ends up hurting Raditz. Piccolo also sees this so he kidnaps Gohan to train him and teach him how to use his power. He grows up fast and his power also increases after every battle like his father's. Chi-Chi is very protective of him and pushes him to study rather than fight. Even though he has great power he never loved to fight like his father has. |
| Vegeta Evil Prince of the Saiyans who grew up following Freeza's orders to conquer other planets. Vegeta was defeated for the first time by Gokou and retreated (Vegeta Series). Then, he allied with the Z warriors in battling Freeza in the Freeza Series, Vegeta easily gets jealous at other warriors because he wanted to be the strongest. Vegeta also vows that Kakarot's life belongs to him. In the Cell Series, Vegeta reaches SSJ level for the first time. Vegeta officially became one of the good guys in the Boo Series, when he realized that Gokou is stronger. In the Boo Series, he became one of Babi-di's zombies, Majin-Vegeta, and self-destructed in hope of destroying Boo. He was revived by King Yama to fight Boo. Vegeta also fuses with Gokou to become Vegetto. In Dragonball GT, Baby took over his body and he became Vegeta-Bebi. Then, he reaches SSJ4 level for the first time, and fused with Super Gokou 4 to become Gozita once again (since Movie 12)! |
| Piccolo Evil son of Daimoa. He fought Gokou in a Tenkaichi Boudoukai to revenge his father but was defeated. A few years later, he allied with Gokou, trained Gohan, and became good. Piccolo was killed by Nappa but restored with the Namek dragonballs. He also fused permanently with Nail and Kami. Piccolo was killed again when the Earth exploded in the Baby Series. In heaven, Piccolo purposely caused trouble to be sent to hell to help Gokou return to Earth in Dragonball GT. |
| Trunks He is the son of Bulma, a tech guru, and Vegeta, one of the most powerful fighters. We know he's somewhere from the future. At one time he saw a threat to the Earth and has now come back in time to save the Earth. Surpisingly, Trunks quickly defeats King Cold and Frieza. He also helps by giving Goku life saving medicine and tells of the Earth's future predicament. |
| Tien Tien is a serious, three-eyed man intent on training to be strong. Formerly he beat Goku at a world-wide martial arts tournament. He can stop a waterfall with a blast and crush rocks with his head. His fighting techniques include the ability to hover in the air, throw concentration bombs, and split into two or four separate entities. Tien is excited about being trained by Kami and willing to fight against the Saiyans despite the incredible odds against them. He volunteers to be the first to fight against the Saibaimen, wins the battle and goes on to fight against the Saiyans. He enjoys the friendship of Chiaotzu and is distressed when his friend completes a suicide mission. |
