Luthor High School, the local school where any student is welcome to partake in their education, councellors are kept on staff to deal with any problems that should arise among students.
Although the building is slightly run down on the inside due to incidents that occured during the former Master of the City's reign. The plan is to have Scovini Construction refurbish the interior of the school after the summer term is over.
The high school is in desperate need of both teacher's and guidance councellors to help the students adjust to their new life without Havoc controlling the city. If you wish to be employed at the high school get in contact with Caile or Jade.

University of Ridge Oaks, the university that is newly established once Caile realized that there was a lack of higher education for those who were to poor to go out of state.
The building is newly constructed making it the practically the only building in El Perdido that does not need any construction done on it.
As with any educational institution it is in major need of teaching staff and teacher's assistants if you feel the need to apply for a job you would see Thomas or Oda.

Cale's, a bar and grill although named for the Master of the City, and mispelt by the idiot who first owned it has recently been renovated and ownership has been given to Amelia. The restaurant definately has the best steak in town. Waitresses are always needed along with waiters and cooks.

Enigma, what used to be the local strip club where the sleazy would make their rounds and where the former Master of the City showed off his toys is being renovated into soemthing more suited to Caile's taste although there will still be dancers they just won't be performing favours for the crowd and taking off their clothes.

Shelter/Adoption Agency, the local shelter for abused/runaway/neglected children or people as well as the adoption agency where people, were or not can find the child their looking for.
It is also headquarters for trying to find those who were arrested, injured, or possibly killed during Havoc's reign.
