So, you haven't got it all clear in your head? Here you will find a guide which will help you adopt\buy your very own Silver Equine. Here you can also have your questions answered. Please don't hesitate to contact me if there is anything that is unclear to you, I don't bite !

Genral Information
Silver Ring Equines are bred mainly for show and riding pleasure. They are ordinary equines, that come in all colours, and usually stand around 150-180 cm in wither height. They eat the ususal things which a normal equine eats, which this island is full of. Silver ring equines are mainly bred for the intrest in their genetics. People who come here usually pick out equines of the same colour and focus on breeding horses of the same coat colour or try to achive a rare coat colour by crossing the two they have. Silver ring equines always come with genetics.

The Market \ The "adoption" idea
So, what's this whole "Market" idea? Well, you can visit the market by clicking the link at the bottom of this page. It is a place where myself and other market goers (note : you HAVE TO be a member to be able to buy \ sell at the market, please read more about that at the page itself, see link "market" below.) sell and buy critters. Not real life critters ofcourse, but drawings, art which show critters. You buy by paying gold pieces (gp) to the seller. And then ofcourse you can sell your own creations by posting a message on the board. Silver Equines are mostly available at the market, where you can buy them at a reasonable fee. You should check the market board if they are available, do not email me. If you do not see a message there saying "Silver Equines Available" or something like it there are none for sale ! If I'm in a good mood, however, I might give out Silvers for "free". In other words adoption. To see if any are out for adoption, just check the Orchard Message Post which is your friendly neighborhood treeyard for all your roleplay and chatting needs. Here everyone is welcome ! Here it is the same as for the Market, if there is no post saying they are available, there are none available !

Recieving your Silver
When you finally recive your Silver, it needs somewhere to stay ! You have to provide it with a suitabe page within two weeks from getting it. When I say suitable, I mean a page containing suitable graphics and a link back to me (http://tapalandar.cjb.net). You should describe the scenery in about a paragraph or two. The name, gender, coat colour, breed, age, registration # and parents if any should be displayed next to the genotype and picture of your horse. The graphic will only show the head \ front part of your horse. I think this is more professional plus a little more original. I have other agencies where you recive a full picture of your horse, so I thought this would be more interesting. Then, ofcourse, the genetics only focus on the head structure and coat colour. Full genetics can be very confusing.

Horsing around
Not completely sure on coats and colours? Well, this little paragraph will help you out. The genetics focus on 6 parts - face structure, coat colour, eye colour, markings, body build and forelock structure. To see the genetic formulas and possibilities, please see the genotype list. Most of the structure parts (face, body and forelock) are pretty easy to imagine. A pony structure would obviously be small and compact. A sleek structure would then be... sleek !? Pretty simple ! Eye color is also straight forward. On coat colouring, I have created this page containing all the colours. Just press the links and choose your favourite ! I haven't done a page for all the face markings, but some you may be able to figure out or ask me.

Starting your own stud
You need to have at least one mare and one stallion to start your own stud. Give them a nice page, with suitable graphics and a link back to me. You should describe the scenery in about a paragraph or two. The name, gender, coat colour, breed, age, registration # and parents if any should be displayed next to the genotype and picture of your horse.
