This is a pen-pal program that gives inmates in the process of rehabitation, the chance to see what's going on in the outside world.
You may say ."Why can't their families write?"As is the norm it is true in to many cases.That out of sight out of mind is the reality.
All they have to look forward to is mail call.And some of them never recieve one letter while serving their sentance.
I want to change all that.All I ask is that you look through our list of pen-pals and see which one you would like to write.
