Democrats' Disdain for Our Military
I could write thousands of pages on the politics of the last two weeks (and probably will before too much longer), but I just want to say a word or two about the military. It is hard to imagine the devastation of the last few days to all of our men and women in the armed services and, probably more so, to our veterans, the very people who have fought for and secured the freedom that the Gore forces are stomping on. In the course of one day, basically, we have to watch Comrade Clinton beaming a huge smile while posing in front of a statue of his hero Ho Chi Mien in Vietnam. I am not a veteran; in fact, I admit that I don't think I am brave enough to be a military man, but I certainly appreciate all of our military folks, especially those who went to Vietnam defending freedom while Clinton and Gore were busy draft dodging and smoking pot and joining in anti-military protests. As if these events were not intolerable enough, all of us then come to find out that Gore has intentionally sought to throw out the votes of Florida's military absentee voters in yet one more attempt at the most audacious, selfish, anti-American campaign of vote fraud ever seen on these shores. Even if you don't agree with my views, you cannot argue the fact that Gore has now shredded any remaining strings of respect that anyone in our military can possibly have for him as a Commander-in-Chief. Just imagine what a General Patton or General MacArthur would say about this lying, cheating Al Gore who cares only about himself and not his country--and certainly not his country's military.
