Pepi is . . .
Fun Facts:
the greatest dog in the world.  He turned 15 years old this past November.  He is a toy poodle who currently weighs in at about 8.5 pounds and is pretty spoiled.  He seems to have me in particular pretty well trained.
When we got Pepi, he was six weeks old and was small enough to sit in the palm of your hand.
Pepi's real name is Andre Pierre Jolley, named after two standard poodles I had when I was younger.
Pepi has me trained to give him the treats he loves whenever he wants them.
More about my pet:
Pepi lives at home with my parents (I have my own apartment).  He likes to eat, sleep, and bark.  Even though we never taught him any tricks, he is very intelligent and has his own ways of letting his humans know what he wants.

Pepi recently developed some dental problems, including an absess that kept him from eating much of anything.  We had been afraid to have him anesthetized for a teeth cleaning at his age, but we finally had to go ahead and have it done.  He had to have about ten teeth pulled, but he recovered from the ordeal very quickly and is back to his old self (with the exception that he is eating softer food now).
Whenever company gets up to leave, Pepi barks at them as if asking them to stay.
Pepi has a pretty good vocabulary--a few of the words he knows are out, bath, baby, and all gone.
