Gemini Storyline

Here is my story. Notice that I never mention my name in the story, because when I make it a game you can choose your own. That, however, will be in a while, so you're gonna have to wait for that. This story is based in chapters and it is very long and confusing. Read only if you want to be immersed into a wonderful story about genetics and modern-RPG like structures.
Chapter 1: Reaction
...362 years ago...the anicent empire said to have ruled over this galaxy, the Izuki Empire, has fallen to its knees in a perilous war against the Shinoki Republic. The bitter onslaught of centuries long past has brought itself to the very point in our lifetime, where thoughts perceive and manifest inside our human minds, and of those afterliven dreams a mist from the ancient past. Blood from the empire does not run through the miniscule veins of our pitiful human bodies. We possess no power, no wisdom, no anything. We thrive on the very thought of our own existance, undeniably wishing to pass on one's genetic generation to the next. The empire didn't follow these simplistic, selfish thoughts, and only hoped for the best of the Union. That's where we come along. Not to pass on a seed of the past generation to now, but to forget of our ancestors, and live in fear of annihalation. This is not the reason for life. It is to live freely, with no boundaries.
It is to today, in which we all see in unison, the fate of our kind. Do we sit back and wait? No. We have only one choice; to fight another war against the rising evil. The blood of ancient past does not run throughout our bodies, so what power to we harness? But, on this very day, something from the past has reached the present, untainted of all of our thoughts. In the form of human.
"...yawn..." I lazily crept out of bed. "...Oh, what do we have here?" I look tiredly over to my dresser. I popped my contacts in and I looked over in the direction of which the object was. "Oh my goodness, 9:00?!" I gasped. I packed up my things and I left the apartment. I was sweating by the time I got to the school. "Oh...pant, pant...hiya Ayama," I huffed. "My, my, you were in quite a rush, weren't you?" my best friend Ayama said to me. "Ahh, yeah...had to leave the house in time to get here...whoo," I said while catching my breath. "C'mon, we're gonna be late for class!" she replied. Ayama ran off before I could say anything. "Whatever," I murmured to myself.
"AND where have you been?" the surly teacher yelled. I gave her a sarcastic look and said, "I have my reasons." I took a seat next to Ayama as I waited forever for the teacher to go on about my favorite subject: nuclear physics.
"Ok, as we have here...nuclear...proliferate...deterrence..." the words of my teacher were sounded out when I began talking to Ayama. "Hey, do you actually understand all of these things?"
"Hmm, no. I just got put into this class.
"What?! Didn't you try a transfer?"
"I tried, but since my brother had to go to war, I had no choice."
"Schoolboards suck."
"Yup."
School Bell Rings
"Yawn...thank goodness we are out of that class now," I said sleepily. "I think I'll...yawn..." I stopped my yawning and I looked in awe at the explosions appearing form the other side of the school.
"Oh my goodness what's going on?!" Ayama said in surprise.
"C'mon let's get over there!" I scowled.
We came to a falter and looked at the searing building. I ran in, unknown of the dangers inside. "I wanna see what happened here. I ran through the back door where nobody was, and we ran up the stairs. I noticed that the wind changed direction and the color of the building changed and the flames were an azure blue.
"...Ok, this is really starting to creep me out. See you later!" Ayama got away.
"WAIT! Oh, forget it."
Then I noticed that my shirt was on fire. "YEOUCH!" I yelled. I put out the ember rather quickly. I ran all the way up the winding stairs.
Then, something that I saw in this room would haunt me for the rest of my life. Bodies. Over 40 bodies, lying with blood saturated in the carpet and the tile. I nervously walked to the door, where I heard people' voices. They were talking about a nuclear biotechnical cybernetic organism, or for short, an NB-Cyborg.
"I know you have it! Now hand him over!" the first voice said.
"I..I..I don't know what you're talking about!' the principal shuddered.
"That's it, I'd hate to do this..." a second voice said.
"NO! PLEASE! NOT THAT! WAIT!..."the principal's voice came to a stop. I saw a trickle of blood cast out the door. I crept to the other side of the door, and I opened it a little.
"Hmm, is there anybody there?" a different voice said. He had spotted me. Wearing black pants and shoes, holding an M-14 assault rifle, a man with shades on and an evil grin across his face.
"Well, what do we have here. An eavesdropper." the man said. The others came and said, "Hmm, you are a nosy little child. We shall dispose of you...like we did your sorry excuse for a principal!"
"You...killed him...huh," looked at him angrily.
"What'cha gonna do, tough guy? Why don't you run home to your mama before you get hurt!" they made fun of my stature, and the fact that I was only 14. "Hahahahahaha,"they all laughed at me.
One of them pointed a gun at me. "Alright, kid this is only gonna hurt a little bit."one of them said while the rest held me down. He pointed the gun at my head.
I looked around and struggled, prayed for my life, and I fell unconscious. Or so I thought.
"......ROOOAARRGGHHH!" my body lit up with an insane look cast upon my face and blue streaks of light sliding of my body. My hair changed to the violent color of the flames surrounding me, a dark azure. I threw the men off of me in an instant. They, unlike I, had noticed the increase in my stature, I was no longer a skinny little 9th grader, but muscles bulged out of my chest, arms, and legs, my hair stuck in every other direction, and my eyes had turned completely blue.
"YOU...YOU...DIE!!!!!" I unknowingly threw my hands in the air, the blue light got larger, and and large strikes of blue lightning crashed onto the men. Blood from their bodies poured onto the floor around us. My unstoppable violent nature caused me to destroy the building. One was left.
"THIS IS FOR WAKING ME FROM ETERNAL SLUMBER!" I closed my hands in, and lightning struck my hands. They glowed mysteriously, and before the death of the man he said," NO! PLEASE! NOT THAT! WAIT...AAGGHH!" five bolts of lighning charged him and left his flesh incinerating with blood as his gasoline, resembling the building I brought down.
I fell to the ground, the light escaped me, and I fell asleep...perpetually fallen in between the threads of time and deceived the Grim Reaper of my soul.
Chapter 2: Deja Vu
I awoke not knowing of my surroundings. I looked around, I noticed I was about 4' 6". I was wearing glasses, a backpack, and I had one crystal shard in my hand. I nervously looked ahead, because I had amnesia and I had no idea how this happened or if I am sane or not. I couldn't remember anything.
"...Wait! I know where I am!" I was right next to Jyouto-Chinou High School, where I was going, but assuming my height, weight, and my glasses wearing, I knew I didn't go here anymore, or yet. I didn't start wearing contacts until the 8th grade, and I saw my old elementary school next to the high school. "D..Do I go here now...what is going on here...?" I remember my past education, my name, and everything except for the day my principal was killed.
I saw my elementary best friend, Corey Abidi, in the classroom I walked into. I was surprised to find my name on the roll call. It was the third to last day of school, which is awesome, because when I was in 9th, I was only 2 months in. This really gives me a huge vacation! But enough of that. I went over to my friend Corey, who was hanging out with his friend, Mal. I decided to make 'em angry, like I always used to. I was feeling just like a kid again. I crept up behind them, using my gift God gave me, stealth.
"...Hey, lovebugs!" I said, grinning ear to ear.
"...HOW MANY TIMES HAVE I TOLD YOU NOT TO DO THAT!!!" Corey screamed.
I got a giggle out of Mal.
"Aha, so there is something going on between you two?" I joked.
"No, excuse me, WHY DID YOU HAVE TO BRING UP SOMETHING LIKE THAT?!" Corey yelled again.
"You know, Corey sweetie, we are very close you know, right?" Mal kidded Corey while throwing her arms around him.
Unenthusiastically, Corey said in a sarcastic voice, "I'll give you 'till three to get off of me."
They both walked away, without a goodbye, and I was confused by the slowness of the both of them. "Well, I'm done..."
I walked back to my old apartment, assuming that they weren't knocked down, cause I had to move in 7th grade when I found my apartments being demolished because of nonpayment from the company.
"Oh well, I prefer this place anyway!" I said excitedly. I walked in and there was everything I had before. I wanted to draw. I went drawing. I had yearned so long for a pencil and paper. I wanted to draw so bad, that it wasn't funny. I put my pencil in hand, and I lost myself in the drawing of my favorite TV show, "Ultrabots." I had noticed an increase in my drawing ability. I was drawing the same way I was in 9th. I was skeptical at first, but I was glad that I had my previous drawing ability. Then, as soon as I was done, I hung the drawing on my refrigerator. Then I remembered the one crystal shard I had picked up earlier.
"Hmm, now why is this here? I thought I put it in my bookbag...?"
I wondered what it was doing in my pocket. Then I walked over to my bookbag, and I saw the other crystal shard from earlier. "...Ok, what is going on around here...?" I quietly said to myself. I forgot about the shards, as I was sleepy. My 5th grade body wasn't used to staying up past 8:00. I walked to my bed, and fell into a deep slumber.
Chapter 3: NB-Cyborg DNA
I was on a platform. A large, hexagonal platform that lit up with 6 hexagons around my feet whenever I walked. There was a voice in the distance. I couldn't understand. Thre were no words or sayings of the voices that I heard made any sense. But, as soon as an evil flashback lit up in my mind like a torch on a rainy day, I realized what the voice was getting to me. My eyes, he said. My eyes are those of a demon's, and I do possess overwhelming powers, but I had no control over myself. He wanted to teach me control, to have powers of hope, not rage. The tainted one, he replied, full of curses, opened up in my ephemeral state of a euphoria inside of a nightmare. I saw a silhouette of the evil ones face. It looked vain. It looked...at me. The eyes lit up. I saw the face. I wanted to wake up, but I had no choice. This is my true past.
400 years ago, a temple was built. In the reaches of space I sought to consume the ultimate form of power before my life even started. Hundreds upon hundreds of machines, all pointed at a figure, constantly moving and churning. I was unaware of what was happening, for I was a ghost in my dream. I saw a head, a neck, shoulders and chest, all configured into a body-like structure, being created. It made me sick. I wondered who the lifeless soul was, and I yearned to help it. I stood there, aghast of what pain and misery the life is going through. And then, I looked at the monitor on the technological screen of years gone past. It read: NB-CYBORG V. 1.0. PROGRAM INITIATED: 72, Year X. The monster that was being created...was me. I am the NB-Cyborg. I could never have guessed from that face, but when I cut myself open, I saw sparks fly out of my arm and the wound instantly healed. That's how this machine was. I was sickened. I saw that they worked for the Shinoki Republic. Now, the war came to my mind. I saw towers of flame, searing at the tops of majestic mountains, burning at the bottom of deep, azure seas. Now, I saw it. A war machine, I was used; I had nothing. No love. No recognition. I killed them, and I had a good reason to. Them and those Shinoki idiots that made me. A war machine. That's what my true purpose is. And then, I saw a brilliant light show. I lit my body up, and thousands of lightning strikes killed off the entire planet. I watched in horror. Now, I saw my torn up, battle worn body, drifting in the vast reaches of space. I split open my chamber and floated off into space. I couldn't breathe. Those Shinoki Republicans couldn't have built me perfectly. I was torn. Torn from feelings, torn from hate. I awoke frorm my spiteful past, and saw a world familiar to me.
There was this temple. In an ancient scripture, there was some writing on the sign on the top of the odd corridor. It read," The Spirit Realm Of The Apocalypse." I remembered a lot of my past, and this song, constantly running through the paths of my mind. Inside the pyramid was a beautiful woman, playing a piano, and I remembered running up to her. I saw my reflection in her face. I was confused. I touched her face, and, she disintegrated. Then the temple turned dark, and there was a picture on the wall of a warrior. There was barely enough light to see, but I found a way to illuminate my own vision. I stared at the picture, and there was me. Again. Me. What was this about? Was this temple reflecting on my past? I couldn't remember what I wanted, or what I was created for...I do know one thing. That I was not created to live. I was created...to die. And here I would. My tomb. There was a tombstone next to the picture. It read," The Mysterious Warrior. Born Year 72 X. Died -- . Glad you're dead. --An Izuki Soldier." There wasn't a death. I...am a living, breathing ghost android from an ancient history that burned in the flames of my misfortune. I didn't want to die. No. My life...too short. Or too long. Who knows? Only God. Not me. Not Corey, not Ayama, anybody. My tearing away from hate. I owe it all to those idiots who created me. Now...I come to real life once more and find myself back in ninth grade, as if time repeated itself. The principal, he was fine. The teacher, mean as ever. Ayama, still that cute face. No burning. No sorrow. No hate. But, I still felt it. Then, feeling left me, and I knew everything, but I still couldn't shake the fear of death. I have to save the principal. I rushed over to the other side of the building, disregarding my being late to class. I busted open the doors to the principal's office.
"Excuse me son, what are you..." I cut the principal short.
"C'mon I have to get you outta here!" I yelled. Then I saw the men in black suits. They came through the portal I busted open.
"That's it! I've had enough!" I yelled. The energy that I felt that day he died surged through my body like a tsunami on the smallest piece of a land you can find. I pulled a blade out of my back and it surged with energy like I did. "DIE!!!" I cut one of the men in half with the blade. Blood was everywhere. Two of the men fired their AK guns at me. The bullet disintegrated when I touched it. I gave the four others an evil grin. My eyes turned a whitish blue. "GHA HA HA! DIE! ALL OF YOU!" I dropped the blade. The energy left it and it disintegrated. I flew into the air. They dropped their guns and started running for their lives. I sent down four beams of a strong blue light. They crashed right on target through their abdonminal area. The desire to kill them had overtaken me for the moment, but I regained my sanity and walked over to the principal, who was fine.
"H...How did you know those men would come...?" he stuttered.
"I'll tell you later. Now, I know that you know something about an NB-Cyborg. Tell me what it is!" I inquired.
"...Ok, I'll talk. You, son. You are the NB-Cyborg. I knew that you could manipulate the field of time and save me, so I took death, and then came back using you while you were in a state of euphoric ephmerality." He explained.
"Oh, really?"
"That's not the worst of it. I'm sorry for using you, but I had no choice. There...is another."
"Another me?!"
"No, but it has the same capabilities and it is a weapon of war."
"I could have figured that! Now tell me about this new weapon."
"There is a new type of mechanism being developed in the Arctic Circle. There the machine is undergoing serious development. A weapon that will change the world."
"What?! You can't mean that..."
"Yes. History repeats itself. The Shinokis that made you and the Izukis are still living. In fact, you are to destroy this planet. I couldn't allow it, so when I learned of the mechanisms you were built with from some scientists I met, then I could manipulate time through your very being."
"Wouldn't that mean that the Space-Time Continuum would be torn open and anyone who dies and finds me will come back to life for me to save them? What a bunch of wastes for lives this Earth has."
"Wastes?! You can make death seem like nothing and people immortal."
"And I get all of this on my shouders huh? Every time someone is on their last string of life, I get warped into a horrific nightmare, I find them some time before death, and I save them? That has to be impossible!"
"Well...there is even more..."
"Man, what in the heck what I built with!?"
Chapter 4: Endless Nightmare
"Nuclear biometric protocore, it's what lies within the monster of the Arctic. This is like one huge war machine. Not only are you forced into two different time periods, but you are being transformed as is."
"Transformed?!" I gasped.
"Fortunately, yes."
"What do you mean fortunately?"
"Every module upgrade that the machine gets, you get written into your DNA, thus making you more able to complete certain tasks and use special powers."
"Powers better than the ones I already have?"
"No, nothing is as good as your own DNA fused with power, but you can combine your techniques and use them to equal what power you have now!"
"And do the creators of the weapon know that I can gain beneficial power from this?"
"No, they have no idea. That's what makes them vulnerable. Since you know every move that the machine will, there's nothing that can surprise you unless they equip some type of a nuclear scrambling device."
"What are the chances of that?"
"Slim to none."
"Alright, so...what is the name of this new weapon?"
"As far as I know it's been called, 'The Apocalyptic Light.'"
"Ok, gotcha. Where do I go from here?"
"Hmm...you should head north to Lake Narukugami. There you will find more information on what you need to do. Good luck."
"Alright. See you later."
I walked off, out of the busted up school, and saw the shimmering Lake Narukugami. Although I had quite an adventure in the dreams I had previously been in, this has been the most pleasant. I just hope I don't wake up from this one. Suddenly, I heard a rustling of leaves in the distance.
"Hmm? Who's there?" I said, frantically.
"...It's just me, calm down," a familiar voice said.
"...Phew, Ayama, it's only you."
"You seem happy."
"HUH?! No, no, no, it's not like that, err...well...,let's just go."
Ayama just smiled.
"Whatever."
As we were walking through Shainto Forest, a presence of ominous nightmares had engulfed me at the moment. I soon was having painful flashbacks. The burning building...the evil realm I was thrown into on the day of my demise...all of it was reconceiving inside of my mind. I screamed, but no one heard...then I came to.
"What are you yelling about?"
"...Oh, whoops...yelling?! You didn't hear that, did you?!"
"Yeah, you just yelled, and I thought you blanked out of something."
"...weird. Let's go."
I ignored the fact that I screamed out and continued on. There wasn't a single clue at Lake Narukugami. Unless Ayama knew of something.
"Hey, Ayama, why were you at Lake Narukugami? I thought you were at school."
"Man, you sound like my mother. The principal sent me. He told me to find you and tell you that there is a house near the end of the Shainto Forest. That's where I've been guided you to."
"...Ok."
