Leonard is the big cheese. He oversees everyting the girls do. He is also the man who saved them from Jail by offering them position on his task force. He is a stickler to the book and pressures the girls to alteast try and stick to it too. He also believes that sometimes sticking to the book is dangerous in undercover jobs. And that is why he often covers up for any tiny diviations from protocol the girls do. As long as no innocent is shot, no information is lost, and no one finds out they're FBI agents.

Bart is the ever faithful if somewhat flirty grease monkey of the neighborhood. He doesnt belong in a gang, earning himself some more buisness than mechanics who do belong in gangs.
Bart is gentle and caring, he is willing to listen to anyone who has trouble in their life. He is also excellent at what he does, and helps the girls by maintaining their cars, and working as their unknowing eyes and ears of the neighborhood since he knows alot about what goes on down there.

Bio:
Tom is the Leader of the Black-Diamonds. He only has one encounter with the girls, and it lands him in the slammer. Later when he is almost assasinated by his superior's men, Tom sees the light and decides to go straight.
After going thrugh drug rehab and serving a few months in jail he becomes an FBI informant, as well as the unnofial gopher boy for Leonard Patterson. He becomes a sort of a courier back and forth between the neighborhood. And is often consdered to be a thorn in everyone's side.
Tom is a womanizer and a flirt, he loves nothing more than to try and woo any woman he meets. It is this same quality that lands him in hot water with every other guy in the hood. But deep down Tom is just a flirt, he wouldnt do anything serious.
