Dispite what many seem to think, Charly and Charlene are two halves of one whole. Charly is the Amazon half of the girl, perhaps her darker half. Charlene is the gentle spirit behind the girl, this is often manifested in the girl's unpredictable mood swings and temper flares. But dispite everything, Charlene is the predominant half, Charly only truly comes to show when she blades, or when she is annoyed, one person who seems to draw Charly out is Kai.
Charlene is the rich heiress of Phoenix Enterprises, a leading international airplane manufacturer. Most people believe her to be a spoilt brat due to the fact. But Charly would gladly live a life without the richess, they are not important to her, but she does make a good use of them.
