He's Charly's only living parent. Her mother Sylvia Deamen was shot when Charly was only 5.
Like all the Deamens, Kenneth and Charly are of English descent, but live in Japan due to the high ammount of buisness profit that can be made in Japan.
Kenneth, like all parents, only wishes the best for Charly, but cant say no to her, and when he travels, he always takes Charly along, who in turn drags the whole gang.

Because of this goal, his bit beast Dark-Dragon has managed to get a hold of his mind and turn him into an evil mastermind who would stop at nothing to get what he wants.
Aaron does some cruel things to Rei who Charly seems to be so fond of, but letter he recieves just what he deserves when a police officer shoots him.
