David Cook- Owner, Artist & Piercer David became interested in tattooing shortly after he graduated from high school in 1997 when he received his first tattoo from Greg Patton and was instantly hooked. After tattooing for six years, with his most recent employment at Sink the Ink, David finally decided to break away and open up his own studio. David is a Tattoo Artist and has certification in Blood borne Pathogens, First Aid and CPR. David's favorite pieces to ink are custom work because he likes to create a design and bring it to life. David also does the piercings at Darke Wave. David is happily married to his high school sweetheart and soul mate, Jaime, for 10 years and with whom he shares two children, Cortnee and Andrew. David feels that his life has been very blessed because he has such a wonderful family and a job that he enjoys. David believes that Darke Wave will be around for quite sometime, "We'll be here until I retire but I doubt the shop will close then. Who knows, maybe my son will want to follow in my footsteps." |
Jamie Noggle - Artist Jamie has 3 years prior experience tattooing and started at Darke Wave in February 2008. Jamie likes traditional, pin up and japanese style pieces. Jamie is certified by the Red Cross to handle hazardous materials. Jamie is married to his best friend, Jolie and they have 4 cats. "I always hope that aside from the pain, that folks are having a little fun when they are here." |
