| this is my wubbers cat... he is a 20 pound flame point siamese, and one of the biggest snugglie teddy bear cats you'll ever meet... born in September of 1994, I first met wubbies when he was 6 months old... he was brought into the vet clinic I was working in at the time to be put to sleep... his owners said that he had been missing several days and when he had come home, his rear leg was badly hurt... it appeared that while wubbies had been out on his little adventure he had ended up stepping into a steel snap trap... someone had found him and set him free from the trap, but because of the amount of time he had spent in the trap and the damage done to his leg we were going to have to remove it... with missing a rear leg he would have to become a house cat, and his owners did not want him in the house so they decided to euthanize him... smiles... being the angel that i am... laughs... i voluntered myself to pay for his vet care and surgery and then to take wubbies into my own home... he may not be the smartest cat, not to mention cross eyed and snaggle toothed, but he is my baby... he has helped me through a lot of rough times... |
