The polar opposite of Miss Yukari's insanity is the cool and collected Miss Kurosawa. A kind and dutiful teacher who all of her students look up to, Miss Kurosawa is the school’s gym instructor, and the one with the unfortunate responsibility of trying to keep Miss Yukari and, to a lesser extent, her rambunctious students under control. Miss Kurosawa is always the object of Miss Yukari’s competitive nature, and usually finds herself challenged to all sorts of contests with a friendly little wager at stake. Naturally Miss Yukari comes up with any technicality she can think of to declare herself the winner.
Miss Kurosawa and Miss Yukari have been friends since their days in high school together, which nets her knowledge of all of Yukari’s most embarrassing moments. Of course, if she were to ever tell Miss Yukari’s students about any of these, the consequences and repercussions of such an action would be dreadfully severe with Miss Yukari spilling the beans on Miss Kurosawa's own embarassing moments. Knowing this, Miss Kurosawa is motivated by fear to remain silent, no matter how tempting it is to dish out the dirt on Miss Yukari.
