Event Details.
Well seeing as though this is the first Event and first time I hosted an event I thought we might go simple. The time will be whenever I might be on. so jus tbe on from 1 Pm central to 5 PM central if possible.
A few guildies and I were talking and the idea to take the guild on a field trip into Mars Cave came up. Since I don't want players dieing I suggest you be level 25-35 . If you are not atleast level 25 and still would lke to participate I shall make special arangements.
Ok on to the details. I will constuct a party of 8 containing myself and 7 others. This party will make its way to the back of Mars cave. once there the massive party would most likely make any non-guild members flee. I will instruct the party to set up a defencive line. This will ensure that guildies wont start dropping like flies. The party will kill Vice Vedaque. massive amounts of drops will come from them. I will set the party to Random,sequential, or leader, depending on the votes. If Leader happens to win I shall distribute the items By class, level, participation and the value of the items. This will ensure that every player will have his.her fair share.
If more players then the party can allow show up then I can ask a few professers (captains) to help. Also if a participent would like to help me direct in the event, that shall be acceptable. If this does accur. The Directors (Me and the helpers) will make a party and split the guildies in an even manner. Each party will go to a seperate server as not to crowd the spawns OR a party of the highest levelded players will go into the gated area to fight the larger vedaque.
