1. Never play a monster in defense unless you have a trap to help it out or the monster has a nice effect
2. Always have a trap card on the field or a quick-play card ready when you or your opponent attacks
3. Always have at least face-down magic/trap card on the field. this can get your opponent to sweat and worry about attacking or playing a really good card from his/her hand
4. Never leave a level 7-10 monster on the field without a sufficeint number of trap cards to help it out. the traps can help you to keep it longer
5. If you have no monsters on the field and no traps or any other cards that can halt your opponent, always try bluffing(it works every now and then and helps a lot)
6. Always have at least two cards in your hand. again. this will keep your opponent guessing
7. If you get into a position when your opponent ahs no monsters on the field but he/she has at least two trap cards on the field, DON'T ATTACK!!!!
8. Never and i mean NEVER put a Blue-Eyes White Dragon in your deck!!! There are WAY TOO MANY cards that halt dragons and many that halt the Blue-Eyes specifically.
9. If your about to lose the match and you have no monsters in your hand or on the field and no traps/quickplays then BLUFF THE HELL out of your opponent
10. Finally, the most important rule, ALWAYS LAUGH at your opponent when you do damage to his/her life points or you place a card face-down on the field that has a really high DEF or good effect. This will get him/her really pissed off and they will attack. they will have fallen into your trap. HEHEHEHE!!!!!
