To reserve a rabbit we require a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit. When we are contacted by someone about reserving a rabbit it will be put "On Hold" for a period of one week (7 days). By the end of those 7 days we must have the deposit. When the deposit arrives the rabbit will be "Reserved." If a deposit does not arrive in the given time the rabbit will be made available again and may be reserved or purchased by another buyer.
Should something happen to a rabbit who is reserved the deposit made on that rabbit can be applied to another rabbit or refunded at our discression
There may be times when the website does not reflect the true status of a rabbit. If you see a rabbit that is "On Hold" and you are interested please feel free to enquire if that rabbit has been reserved or sold. Some rabbits may not be marked on the website as already on hold, reserved, or sold, only e-mailing us directly can give you the true status of a rabbit.
We reserve the right to refuse a sale for any reason at any time.
We guarantee that when our rabbits leave us they are free of all disease or defect unless disclosed at the time of sale. Due to the nature of virus transmission we cannot guarantee our rabbits after they leave us. It is your responsibility to check over any rabbit you are receiving to be sure that there are no problems at the time of sale. We do ask that you sign for your rabbit which shows that you are satisfied that the rabbit is healthy and free of defect.
Should a purchased rabbit die within 48 hours of the sale and it is shown to be from a pre-existing condition we will offer to replace the rabbit with return of the corpse or a letter from your Vet detailing the death of said rabbit.
We at Dark Dove Rabbitry will not be responsible under any circumstances for any vet bills incurred by the rabbits that we have sold.
We do not often sell pet rabbits here at Dark Dove Rabbitry, we prefer that our stock go to other breeders and show people. We require that any pet buyers sign a no breeding agreement. No pet rabbit bought from us should be bred without written permission from us.
