www.geocities.com/darkcloud237 is a website dedicated to bringing people amusement, either via links to other websites, or right here by throwing up an idiotic saying each Saturday and supplying you with a humorous story by me, Frost 01, and Clockwork Dragon. It also tells you about me a little bit, but, honestly, who's gonna look at that? Anyways, this site is based off of geocities.com software. It is operated by just me. Sometimes I collaborate with some of my friends who do this as well, but not too often. Updates to the site are random- whenever I have the time to update. I try to update every day, if there's anything worth adding.
II. Terms of Use
This website is meant for accessibility by people of all ages- but most of this content isn't for really young children. I reccomend that users of this site who visit the links be around 10 years of age or older at bare minumum, but links with an inappropriate content marker are only suitable for those ages 13-14 or over, depending on the frequency of the malicious content. The Stupid Quote of the Week page is meant to be appropriate for all ages every week- if there is any foul language, the wording will be altered or bleeped out (either wholly or partially) by symbols.
This website is not meant to harm people in any way, shape, or form. If you are offended by something in a Stupid Quote of the Week, send me an e-mail explaining why you are offended, and then if I feel you are complaining in a just sense, I will send you a confirmation e-mail of apologies, and remove that content from the website immediatly (or as soon as I can), never to be seen or heard from again (like some guy who didn't pay off the Mafia).
However, if you are offended by something on a website that this site linked you to, I am sorry, but that is not my problem- the websites I supply links to are not managed by me. Some websites I supply links to may contain some content not suitable for people under the age of about 13-14, or possibly higher, depending on the frquency of the inappropiate content.. Websites with a higher amount of mailicious content have an "inappropriate content" mark next to the site's description in vibrant, noticeable colors, so if you visit one of these sites and send me an e-mail saying you were offended, I will merely point out that the site was marked for mailicious content, but you chose to go there anyways. If you feel a website link is in need of an "inappropriate content" marker, send me an e-mail with the name of the link and the reason why it needs to be marked for malicious content. Again, if your reasoning is in a just sense, an e-mail of confirmation and thanks will be sent to you, and the marker will be applied immediatly (or as soon as I can).
III. Cookies
No, not the uber-sweet treat. This website uses techology called "cookies". Cookies are bits of information sent to your browser to store your preferences. Although it is possible to use cookies to find out your personal information, I do not use cookies for this purpose. I do, however, use cookies to determine how often people visit various sections of the site.
