On your chao's third life, give it only 1 of all 21 animals and no drives, then make it a dark chao.

| To get a dark chao, mostly raise your chao with Shadow, Rouge, or Eggman. There are 5 types of dark chao. Run, fly, power, swim and normal. Give drives of the following colors to make the following types: Green=Run Yellow=Swim Red=Power Purple=Fly Equal Mix=Normal. There are 2 evolutions for each chao.
