Well there is so much I could say and go on for hours of my opinions and thoughts on the variables of being a submissive verses a slave. But I will do my best not to ramble on here and keep this short as possible as not to bore you *wink* First I will start on my thoughts of what being a submissive is. A submissive is someone who desires and feels need to submit to a Domiant person. Depending upon the submissive this may be for sexual desires only not 24/7. They just desire to be controlled in the bedroom by thier partner to fulfil a sexual desire. There is nothing wrong with that at all but to me I consider a "true" submissive to be one that enjoys and practices being a sub every day of thier life. To me being a submissive is just part of who and what you are. It is something wonderful that comes from within the heart of a submissive. The desire to care for serve and cherish thier Dominant in all matters of life. To be thier partner always considering thier Domiannts needs before thier own. A submissive does surrender to her Domiant in a way thats a little different than a slave in my opinion but we shall get to that soon.

Submissives do submit to thier Dom/me heart body and soul and on that deep level only a sub or slave knows. Giving all that they are good and bad to thier Dom/me for them to shape and mold into something totally wonderful and beautiful. Is much like watching a rose bloom, It starts out a small fragile bud and slowly as the rain kisses it and the sun warms it. The rose slowly begins to open its soft precious petals bit by bit until it is a most beautiful flower. Attracting the admiration of all that pass by it bringing a warmth and smile to thier face. Much as watching a submissive blossom before your eyes especially when nurtered and cared for by the right Dom/me. To me is the most beautiful thing to see watching a submissive grow in all ways giving everything she/he is and will be to thier Dom/me . Harbouring no reservations holding nothing back laying thier heart mind and soul bare before thier Dom/me in the most precious and pure form of giving there is. This is not an easy thing to do and is something that has to be earned over time. You cannot completely surrender to another person until you know who they are inside and cannot just give your trust away it has to be earned.

Is why the union of a submissive/slave to thier Dom/me or Master is the most precious and cherished commitment you will ever witness in my eyes. Is indeed a powerful kind of love and commitment. Now the slave is pretty much the same type of commitment as a submissive only on a deeper level. Whereas in most cases a submissive has more what you could say free will and are allowed more leeway to go about thier daily activities and duties than a slave.A slave surrenders "Complete" control of thier lives to thier Master,Lord,Dom/me ,Mistress wichever the case maybe.
