The price of my rats are $10-$30
I ask for a deposit once they babies are about 2-3 weeks old.
I do have a waiting list and it's on a first come first serve basis. E-mail if you are looking for a specific color or marking and I will do my best to either produce or find that rat for you.
If you can no longer care for your rat, I will take it back, no refund granted in this situation.
I have the right to cancel any sale before the rat leaves my house, in this case a full refund is available.
If you would like your rat spayed or neutered before it arrives at your home I can do it for you but the additional costs will be added. I ask to keep rats that get spayed or neutered an additional week or longer if complications arise.
Every rat purchased here will come with a pedigree (going as far back as possible), care sheet, genetic background and anything else I can think of. Baby pictures will accompany the rat as well.
And lastly you will have to sign an adoption agreement stating various information regarding your new rat.
