The rules are pretty self explanitory. Stick to the guidelines of the specific contest, and above all, have fun with it!

Contest Number One
Design a dress for Orianna
Now, I know what you're thinking. Why would she need a dress? She was never a princess or anything remotely similar to being royal. And to you, I say "you are correct!" However, what's a sailor scout without something dressy to transform into at the climax of the story? Heh. Plus, I like seeing pretty dresses.

Submission guidelines
1. The entry can be either picture (preferred) or a written (You know, describing the dress in a GREAT amount of detail).
2. If an image, please make it .gif, .jpg, or .bmp.
3. Read the profile to get a feel for the style. In all honesty, the simpler the better in this case. However, feel free to let your creative streak soar. I won't mind ^^
4. No nudity

Prizes
This is the part you've all been waiting for, isn't it? Yup, I knew it. It's all about the prizes.

First prize gets a request picture with a maximum of five (5) senshi or original characters, up to five (5) sprites made, an animated button, and an award.

Second Prize receives a request picture with a maximum of three (3) senshi or original characters, three (3) sprites, and an award

Third prize gets a request picture with a maximum of one (1) character, one (1) sprite, and an award.

Everyone that enters will get an award and possibly a sprite made of their character.
